🧠 Private courses:
- Personalized lessons designed exclusively for you and your specific goals.
- Schedule: You choose your timetable: Fixed schedule: e.g. Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 to 11 a.m. / Flexible schedule: each class is booked directly with your teacher after the previous lesson.
- Recommendation: You can take as many lessons per week as you wish, but we recommend at least 2 hours per week for optimal progress.
👥 Semi-private (Pairs) & Small Group Courses (3–4 Students):
- For people who want to learn or improve a language together with a partner or in a small group.
- Lessons adapted to the group’s needs: exam preparation (A1–C2), business communication, travel, leisure, and everyday conversation.
- Fixed schedule: The timetable is set before the course begins. Example: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 10 a.m., or Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 to 9 a.m.
- Recommendation: At least 2 hours per week are recommended for effective progress.

- Prepare for official exams (A1-C2).

Advantages of our Packs: Perfect for people who need flexible scheduling and cannot commit to a fixed timetable. You can take as many lessons per week as you like, depending on your availability (2 hours one week, 4 another, etc.).
Try before you commit! You can book one single lesson with your assigned teacher before purchasing your first pack. 👉 Why? You can experience the lesson style and make sure you’re 100% confident and motivated before you start. More motivation = better results!
- Bookings: Payment is always made before starting each pack.
- Renewals: Packs can be renewed continuously as many times as you wish.
- Recommendation: At least 2 hours per week are recommended for consistent progress.
📜 GENERAL COURSE POLICY
This policy outlines the general rules and conditions of the courses offered by Global4talk Academy.
By participating in any of our programs, students accept these terms and conditions.
🔄 Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Private Lessons: Any lesson can be rescheduled as long as the student notifies the teacher at least 20–24 hours in advance.
- Semi-private & Small Group Lessons: Cancellations made within the notice period (20–24h) can be rescheduled if all students agree. The make-up lesson must be arranged within the same or the following month.
⏳Validity of Packs
- 20-hour Pack → valid for 5 months from the first class.
- 10-hour Pack → valid for 2.5 months from the first class.
- After that, unused hours will be considered expired.
⏸️ Pauses & Refunds
a) Temporary Pauses (due to illness, travel, or justified reasons):
- In case of illness, extended travel, or other major reasons, students may request a temporary pause.
- The request must be sent in writing (by email or WhatsApp) to the Academy’s manager for approval.
- Missed lessons can be recovered within a period defined by the management.
b) Refund Policy:
- Refunds may be considered in special cases such as serious illness, relocation abroad, or teacher scheduling incompatibility — provided that no more than 30% of the pack has been used and supporting documentation is provided.
- If approved, the refund will be proportional to the number of unused hours.
- No refunds will be made for voluntary withdrawal without justification.
- As a general rule, no refunds are issued once a course or pack has started.
