At Global4Talk we offer two training modalities tailored to the needs of our students:

“20-Hour Pack” or “Regular Course” (minimum of 3 months).

1. 20-Hour Pack

The 20-hour pack is designed for students with a flexible schedule, who want to take as many classes per week as they wish, depending on their availability.

• Private classes
• Semi-private classes (in pairs)
• Small group classes (3–4 people)

1. Private Classes – Flexible Schedule

• Includes 20 hours of private lessons with flexible scheduling.
• Choice of morning or afternoon schedule before the course begins.
• The student can take as many lessons per week as desired, although at least one weekly class is recommended for optimal progress.
• Each lesson is scheduled directly with the teacher at the end of the previous session.
• This pack is valid for 5 months from the date of the first class. After this period, any unused hours will be considered expired.

2. Semi-Private (Pair) or Small Group Classes – Fixed Schedule

• Includes 20 hours of lessons with a fixed schedule.
• The schedule will be set before the course starts, choosing the number of days and times per week the students prefer.

  (Example: Wednesdays at 10 am / Wednesdays & Thursdays at 10 am / Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at 10 am).

• This course is designed for couples, friends, or individuals who wish to start the program in pairs or in a group.

Payment must always be made before the course begins.

2. Regular Course with Fixed Schedule (Private, Semi-Private & Small Group)

• Students choose a fixed schedule of at least two hours per week before the course begins.

  (Example: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm).

• Classes are held regularly for a minimum of 3 months.
• Payment is made per term (at least one trimester) and always before the course begins.

At GLOBAL4Talk, we highly value the motivation, interest, and well-being of our students, and we want them to always have the best possible experience during their learning journey.

That is why, in both modalities, students have the option to book a trial lesson with their assigned teacher before committing to the 20-Hour Pack or the Regular Course. This way, they can see how the lessons work and be fully convinced before enrolling.

📜 Course Regulations

This regulation sets the general rules governing the operation and conditions of the courses offered by the GLOBAL4Talk Online Language Academy. Participation in any of our programs implies acceptance of these conditions by the student.

Specific Regulations for the 20-Hour Pack

• The 20-hour pack is valid for 5 months from the date of the first class.
• After this period, any unused hours will be considered expired.

General Regulations (20-Hour Pack and Regular Courses of 3, 6, or 9 months)

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Private classes: Any class canceled with at least 20–24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled.
• Regular course, private lessons: Classes canceled within the 20–24-hour margin may be rescheduled within the same or the following month, but never beyond that period.

  ⚠️ Note: Rescheduled lessons are not replacements. Example: If I cancel my lesson on July 27th with at least 24 hours’ notice, I may reschedule it in August. In that case, my August schedule will include 8 regular classes + 1 makeup lesson.

• Semi-private and small group classes: Canceled classes within the 20–24-hour notice can only be rescheduled if all students agree on the change. The new class must take place within the same or the following month, but never beyond.

  Example: In a small group course, Juan wants to reschedule the class on May 20th to May 21st, but Pedro and María prefer to keep the original time. Since there is no unanimous agreement, the class will remain on May 20th. If Juan does not attend, the class will count as given and cannot be made up.

📘 Pauses and Refunds

1. a) Pauses due to illness, travel, or other justified reasons:

• In case of illness, long-term travel, or another serious justified reason, the student may request a temporary pause in the course.
• The request must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) to the Academy Director, Alejandra, with at least one month’s notice (except in urgent cases), and must be approved by the academic management.
• If authorized, the student may make up the missed lessons within the timeframe set by the management. ⚠️ These make-up classes are additional and do not replace the regular lessons of the following month.
• If the agreed timeframe passes without effective recovery, the classes will be considered lost and non-refundable.

1. b) Refund Policy:

• As a general rule, refunds will not be granted once a course or pack has started.
• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases of force majeure (serious illness, relocation to another country, or incompatibility with available teachers), provided that no more than 30% of the course or pack has been completed, and with supporting documentation.
• If approved, the refund will be proportional to the number of unused hours and may be subject to an administrative fee (up to 10%).
• Refunds will not be issued for voluntary withdrawal without a justified reason.
