GENERAL COURSE POLICY

By enrolling in our courses, students accept the following terms:

Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Private lessons:

– Can be rescheduled with 20–24 hours’ notice

– Otherwise, the class will be counted as completed

• Group & semi-private lessons:

Can be rescheduled if all students agree

Must be completed within the same or following month

Course Validity

• Course start and end dates are agreed in advance
• After this period, unused hours cannot be recovered

Pauses & Refunds

1. a) Temporary pauses

(vacations, illness, travel, or justified reasons)

• Must be requested in writing (WhatsApp or email)
• Subject to academy approval
• Classes can be recovered within a defined period

1. b) Refund policy

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases:

• Serious illness
• Relocation abroad
• Teacher schedule incompatibility

Conditions:

• Less than 30% of the course used
• Supporting documentation required

Approved refunds are proportional to unused hours

 No refunds for voluntary withdrawal

 No refunds once the course has started (general rule)
